Cardlytics to Buy Data Platform Bridg in $350 Million Deal

Cardlytics, an advertising platform focused on banks, has made plans to acquire consumer data staryup Bridg for $350 million. Cardlytics plans to integrate its ad platform with Bridg's consumer data and digital ad network.

OneSignal Announces Strategic Investment from HubSpot 

OneSignal, the customer engagement messaging solutions company, has received a strategic investment from Hubspot. Together, the companies will work to bring an advanced omni-channel marketing automation to organisations globally.

Phrasee enters $8.5 Billion CX Market with Phrasee X

Phrasee, the brand language optimisation company, has announced their tech to allow marketers to automatically optimise language in real time. The introduction of 'Phrasee X' enters Phrasee into the $8.5b customer experience market.

6sense gains $125 Million Series D Funding

6sense, the account engagement platform, raised $125 million in Series D funding, at a $2.1 billion valuation. 

Amsive Completes Acquisition of Marketing Agency OverflowWorks

Amsive, a data-centric omnichannel marketing agency, announced it has required OverflowWorks, a data-driven marketing agency. 

Power My Analytics has Acquired eComIQ

Power My Analytics, a reporting automation SaaS which provided data connectors for Google platforms, has acquired eComIQ, a Google marketing platform partner. 

Similarweb Files For IPO

Israeli web traffic analytics company Similarweb has announced it has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, for an Initial Public Offering on the New York Stock Exchange. This brings the companies valuation to between $1.5 and $2 billion. 

Martech Alliance Release New Membership Programme.

Martech Alliance has today announced the release of their new membership programme, offering novices and professionals alike the chance to expand their martech knowledge. This comes in quick succession with the companies shift into the learning sector and gives their clients more ways to learn, discover, and uncover all aspects of the industry.

Clubhouse Raises an Undisclosed Amount

Clubhouse has closed an undisclosed $4B valuation Series C round. The round was led by Andrew Chen of Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from DST Global, Tiger Global and Elad Gil. Clubhouse has tripled the valuation it attained in January. 

Reddit Announces Reddit Talk

Jumping off the success of Clubhouse, Reddit has announced an audio-only chat platform for subreddits. The social media platform has opened invites for moderators to join the initial waitlist. Redditors will be able to start talks for Q&As, AMAs, lectures or discussions, or to use as a hangout.
