When will I receive my tickets? 

Your ticket(s) will be issued to you immediately via email.

If you booked with LXA via invoice, you will receive a link to finalise your booking upon receipt of payment.

Do need to print my tickets out? 

Nope, you can simply show us your ticket on your device to gain entry and print off your badge at check in.

Are tickets refundable? 

Should any unanticipated Government enforced activity arise due to COVID-19 that requires the event to be cancelled, we will be offering a 100% refund to all. In any other circumstances tickets are non-refundable.

Are tickets transferable? 

Yes, they are. To transfer to a new name, search for your confirmation email with the subject line ‘Registration Confirmation to AntiCon 2023’ and follow the links.

With unbroken views across the River Thames, Magazine London is located on Greenwich Peninsula, close to North Greenwich tube station, offering excellent transport links from the West End, London Bridge and Canary Wharf.

From the top of the escalator or lift, continue straight forward to the exit in front of you through the bus station.

BUS

Numbers 129, 161, 188, 422 and 486 stop near the venue. Buses 108, 132, 188, 286 and 472 also run a 24hr service.

BOAT

Regular service from Canary Wharf, Tower Bridge, The London Eye and other piers.

Alight at North Greenwich pier and a 9 minute walk.

BIKE

There are bike racks available should you wish to cycle to the venue.

Upon arrival at MAGAZINE London you will be prompted to search your name and/or email address at one of our many ticket kiosks.

Once your booking is located you can simply print your badge.

Check-in attendants will be available should you need any assistance.

Check-in attendants may ask you for proof of ID or purchase. 

At registration you will be asked to submit your details to confirm you agree to the storing & processing of your personal data by LXA (formerly MarTech Alliance) as described in the privacy statement:  https://www.martechalliance.com/privacy-policy   

Please note, you will be issued with a bar coded name badge on entry to the event. Exhibitors and other associates may have bar code readers. By allowing your badge to be recorded you are deemed to have consented to ticketing over your registration details. Allowing your badge to be scanned is akin to handing over a business card. 

Complimentary coat room facilities are provided to all attendees. 

When you enter AntiCon, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by LXA and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar LXA events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of LXA.

You release LXA, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
 

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by LXA or the person or entity designated to do so by LXA.  

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. 

Food and beverage is available for purchase throughout the event. Please refer to your ticket type for allocations of food and beverage tokens.

Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options will be available. For further specific requests including catering for allergies, please get in touch with the team at hello@lxahub.com  

The venue offers step free access to all spaces and onsite accessible toilet facilities.
