$25M Series A, 800% Projected Revenue Growth
Alta, the Tel Aviv-based AI System of Actions for go-to-market teams, has raised $25M in Series A funding led by IN Venture, with participation from Mindset Ventures, Skywell Capital, LeumiTech77, and existing backers Entree Capital, Target Global, and Verissimo Ventures. The round will fund global team growth, an expanding customer base, and new data, CRM, and advertising integrations, plus agents for account management and cross-selling.
The Problem With Bolting AI Onto Old Systems
For decades GTM has run on systems of record, CRMs and data warehouses that store information until a human acts on it, stitched together with dozens of tools that do not talk to each other. The industry's answer to AI has mostly been point-solution agents for outbound or inbound at scale. The results have been mixed at best. Teams generate more activity, but pipelines stay flat, lead quality slips, and reply rates fall as buyer inboxes fill with generic AI-written outreach.
Salesforce and HubSpot have both added agent layers on top of their platforms through APIs, MCP tools, and CLI interfaces. Alta's bet is that retrofitting intelligence onto legacy architecture is a fundamentally different problem from building an intelligence-native platform from scratch.
A "Company Brain" for the GTM Stack
Alta's core idea is a centralized intelligence layer, what it calls a Company Brain, that maps how a business's GTM engine actually works. Instead of a fragmented stack of disconnected tools, Alta runs a coordinated network of AI agents that learn from every action and share that same Brain. Fed by more than 50 data sources and hundreds of buying signals, the agents act on existing systems of record rather than replacing them, connecting to 60+ GTM tools including Attio and Clay, and partnering directly with Salesforce, HubSpot, IBM, and Google.
Traction backs the pitch. Alta hit its first $1M in revenue within months of commercializing and is tracking toward 800% revenue growth this year, with customers including Snowflake, Deel, Atlassian, and Atoms.
Founders Betting on Infrastructure, Not Features
Alta was founded in 2023 by Stav Levi-Neumark and Tom Hoffen, both ex-monday.com, alongside serial entrepreneur Mor Shabtai. Levi-Neumark frames the ambition as an infrastructure shift rather than another point tool: before cloud computing, every company racked and maintained its own servers, and Alta wants to do for go-to-market what AWS did for infrastructure, replacing a stack of tools that never communicated with one system that runs, learns, and drives pipeline on its own.
IN Venture's Eitan Naor put it plainly: the market spent three years adding tools to the sales stack, and Alta went the other way and built the intelligence layer the stack was missing.
What It Means for Marketing
Alta is a GTM platform, but the thesis lands squarely on marketing's side of the funnel too. Marketing teams have spent years bolting AI onto individual tools, a chatbot here, a content generator there, without solving the coordination problem underneath. If the winning architecture turns out to be a single shared intelligence layer sitting across CRM, outreach, and revenue data rather than another point solution, marketing and sales leaders will need to start evaluating martech purchases less by feature and more by how well they plug into that kind of unified layer. The bigger signal here: investors are increasingly backing infrastructure plays over feature plays, and that changes what "good tooling" looks like for revenue teams over the next few years.
