Emotive Raises US$50 Million

In CX news, Emotive has raised $50 million to make text marketing more conversational. This is after the company saw 466% year-over-year revenue growth in 2020. It is now valued at $400 million. Hey, I mean that's making us emotive, so jobs a good'un.

Vungle to Acquire GameRefinery

Up next, in M&A, Mobile performance ad platform Vungle is to acquire the SaaS Mobile Gaming Analytics Company, GameRefinery. This deal is one of many coming out of Apple’s move to favour privacy over targeted adverts. We expect to see even more acquisitions as a result of Apple’s change to the Identifier for Advertisers, or IDFA.

Zoomd Signs Agreement With TikTok And Receives TikTok Marketing Partner Certification

Next up – a new agreement, slash partnership, between Zoomd Ltd, and Social media platform TikTok. Zoomd or the "Company”, the user-acquisition and engagement platform, announced it has signed an agreement with TikTok on Thursday. The agreement, and certification, enables Zoomd customers to manage their TikTok campaigns on the SaaS platform.

True Influence® and Lotame Partner

And finally, another one from recent partnerships. True Influence and Lotame, a provider of identity and data enrichment solutions, partner to deliver programmatic display advertising for B2B marketers. True Influence, the data-based sales and marketing solutions company, announced the news in a press release on Wednesday.  In the spirit of co-operation, True Influence will provide access to its data for Lotame customers through the Lotame Data Exchange, or LDX, the world's largest second- and third-party data marketplace.
