Acxiom, the customer intelligence company, announced the integration of Acxiom Real Identity with Sitecore’s CDP (customer data platform).

Acxiom Real Identity, integrated with Sitecore CDP will enable brands to extend the CDP’s view of customer and prospect journeys by observing behaviours across all owned and paid media digital interactions.

According to Sitecore, Acxiom’s Real Identity in conjunction with Sitecore’s CDP will enable the creation of a first-party identity graph with first-party tagging and persona enrichment capabilities. This will enable brands to make more accurate customer identity decisions throughout the customer journey.
