Adobe Acquires Frame.io

Adobe has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cloud-based video collaboration platform Frame.io. The acquisition is priced at $1.275B. 

Facebook Announces Horizon Workrooms VR

Facebook's new app, made specifically for the Oculus Quest 2, lets users from around the world join a single conference room and plan projects in real time. The application allows users to draw a box around their own desk, turning the section of the table into a virtual workroom. This is the social media's definitive step into the metaverse.

Talkdesk Valued at $10B After $230M Funding Round

Talkdesk, a provider of cloud-based contact centre software, has announced $230M in Series D funding. This takes the company's valuation to $10B. 

Talkdesk uses AI and ML to improve CX for midmarket and enterprise businesses. The company has now raised $498M in total funding since its inception in 2011. 

Monterro Acquires Umbraco

CMS supplier Umbraco has been acquired by growth investor Monterro. Monterro now owns a majority stake in the Danish open-source CMS vendor.

“With Monterro’s valuable guidance and capital, we will continue to work closely with our active open-source community to bring the Umbraco family of user-friendly, flexible and robust CMS platforms to an even greater portfolio of companies in even more countries," says Umbraco CEO Kim Sneum Madsen.

MOLOCO Closes $150 Million Series C Financing

MOLOCO, a company specialising in ML and growth solutions for mobile app marketers, has announced it has raised $150M in a Series C round. 

Led by Tiger Global Management, the funding means MOLOCO has now raised a total of $200M to date. The company is now valued at $1.5B. 

InfoSum Raises $65 Million Series B

InfoSum, a data collaboration platform, has announced its $65M in Series B funding, led by Chrysalis Investments. The round brings the total amount raised to $90M. 

This investment comes less than a year after the company closed a $15.1M Series A.

Litera Acquires Concep

Litera, a firm focused on legal technology solutions, has acquired Concept, a provider of B2B relationship martech. This acquisition brings together the Concep marketing technology and integrated platform with the business the Litera platform. 

iZooto Announces Partnership With Jubna

iZooto, an owned audience marketing platform that helps publishers engage and monetize their audience with push notifications, has announced its partnership with with Jubna, a native ad network in the MENA region. 

"Our partnership with iZooto will allow us to drive far more impact for publishers who choose to partner with iZooto, and will enable those publishers to unlock the full potential to optimize revenue. We are excited to see how things will progress," commented Basel Sayaf, Digital Director at Jubna.

Adverity Secures $120M in Series D funding

Adverty, a marketing analytics platform, has closed a $120M Series D funding round led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2. Existing Investor Sapphire Ventures also participated in the round. 

Alexander Igelsböck, CEO and Co-Founder of Adverity comments, “There is a multitude of marketing tools available but the quantity of new tools that marketers implement doesn’t matter – what matters are the insights that help companies drive growth and avoid missteps. In today’s data-centric climate, every successful company must have data analytics at its core.”
