QuestionPro Acquires SuiteCX

QuestionPro, a provider of online survey and research services has acquired SuiteCX, a customer experience, and journey mapping platform provider.

“All too often brands invest the time and effort to perfect the customer experience and customer journey in theory, only to have reality interfere,” said Ken Peterson, President of QuestionPro CX.

“The integration of SuiteCX into QuestionPro will make it easy for CX professionals to not only create that perfect map, but then see what is actually happening in practice along with the insights and tools to make the necessary changes.”

Lasso Partners with IRI

Lasso, an omnichannel healthcare marketing and analytics platform has announced a partnership with IRI, a company that unifies tech, analytics, and data to reinvent how companies make decisions.

ActionIQ Introduces CX Solution

ActionIQ, a company that focuses on customer experience solutions, has announced its CX Hub for Acquisition Marketing.

"The deprecation of third-party cookies, previously the industry standard for tracking anonymous website visitors in support of acquisition use cases, is forcing brands to re-evaluate their stack and focus more on first-party data," said Justin DeBrabant, Senior Vice President of Product at ActionIQ.

"But just collecting first-party data isn't enough, it also needs to be augmented with third-party identities and direct integrations to the brand's preferred walled gardens and DSPs, and the organisation needs to be empowered with that data through self-service access."

Flatfile Raises $50M

Denver-based Flatfile, a company that manages partner data exchange, has raised a $50 million Series B led by Tiger Global. This funding closed 18 months after its $35 million Series A led by Scale Venture Partners.

InSite AI Lands $19M

Insite AI, a company that focuses on AI-driven category and revenue growth management solutions for top consumer brands, announced it has closed a $19M Series A funding round from NewRoad Capital and M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund.
