Sendinblue Acquires Yodel.io

Sendinblue, a digital marketing platform, has announced its acquisition of Yodel.io, a cloud-based business phone solution. 

“The addition of Yodel.io furthers our mission of reducing digital marketing costs for SMBs while creating additional touchpoints for customer success,” said Armand Thiberge, founder and CEO of Sendinblue.

“Business owners need ways to strengthen customer relationships while controlling their costs, and we’re continuing to invest in and expand the Sendinblue platform to meet those needs.”

Flatfile Raises $50M

Flatfile, an AI-assisted data exchange company, today announced $50 million in Series B funding led by Tiger Global.

"Flatfile is only just at the beginning of its journey to modernise how data is exchanged," said David Boskovic, Flatfile CEO.

"This funding will enable us to continue to grow our engineering team and deliver ready-to-use data across Saas and beyond."

DoubleVerify Announces Measurement Tools

DoubleVerify has announced new measurement tools for retail media networks.

They are currently being used by the company’s new partner Best Buy Ads and the ad networks for Amazon, Walmart, Target, Macy’s and Kroger’s.

Naver to Acquire Poshmark

South Korean e-commerce company Naver Corp announced a $1.2 billion purchase of U.S. fashion resale platform Poshmark Inc.

Poshmark shares jumped 14% to $17.8 in after-hours trading on Monday.

IPG Acquires RafterOne

Interpublic Group (IPG) has acquired RafterOne, an e-commerce solutions provider focused on Salesforce, per a press release. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“Our clients are looking for partners that help them adapt strategies and find new ways to interact with customers across physical and digital environments,” said IPG chief Philippe Krakowsky in a statement.

“Salesforce has become a priority platform for marketers to thrive in the digital economy and RafterOne delivers highly personalised content that engages and converts in a measurable, precise and repeatable way.” 

HelloFresh Partners with Medallia

Medallia, a customer and employee experience company, has partnered with integrated food solutions group HelloFresh to transform its contact centre experience. 

With AI-driven speech analytics, HelloFresh can now automate quality monitoring across all frontline agents, identifying high-impact calls for manual reviews, instead of randomly selecting a small subset of calls for manual review.

Tailwind Acquires Nectar 9

Tailwind, a provider of a small business marketing software platform, has acquired Nectar9 a provider of a paid advertising management platform. 

With the acquisition, Tailwind will add a new solution to deliver a complete marketing solution for small business owners.
