Encora Announces the Acquisition of Softelligence

Encora, a global next-gen digital engineering provider, today announced that it has acquired Softelligence, a Romanian software engineering services provider. The acquisition is expected to close in mid-2023.

Softelligence has a team of over 300 engineers and professionals with expertise in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and automation. The acquisition will allow Encora to establish its first delivery centres in Europe and expand its global reach.

Gong Partners with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Gong, the revenue intelligence platform, today announced a partnership with Microsoft Dynamics 365, the leading CRM platform. The integration between Gong and Microsoft Dynamics 365 will allow sales teams to connect their Gong recordings to their CRM data. This integration provides sales teams with insights into their customer interactions that they can use to improve their sales process.

This information can help businesses make informed decisions about how to protect their brands.

The second tool, the Clarivate Trademark Watch Analyzer, uses AI to help businesses monitor their trademarks for potential infringement. The tool tracks new trademark registrations and court decisions to identify potential threats to a business's trademarks. This information can help businesses take proactive steps to protect their brands.

ActiveCampaign Introduces Content Generation Powered by AI

ActiveCampaign, a marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM company, today announced the launch of Content Generation Powered by AI. This new feature uses artificial intelligence to help businesses create high-quality content in minutes.

Content Generation Powered by AI is available now in the ActiveCampaign email designer. To use the feature, simply type in a keyword or phrase and ActiveCampaign will generate a list of relevant content ideas. You can then select an idea and ActiveCampaign will generate a piece of content based on your specifications.

Qlik Acquires Talend

Qlik®, a company which specialises in data discovery and business intelligence, today announced it has closed its acquisition of Talend, a global leader in data integration, data quality, and data governance. The combined entity is led by CEO Mike Capone, completing the latest chapter in the company's strategic vision to deliver best-in-class data integration, data quality, and analytics solutions.

"This acquisition will allow us to unite our best-in-class data discovery and business intelligence capabilities with Talend's leading data integration, data quality, and data governance capabilities. Meta Previews AI-Based Ad Tools

Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, today previewed a new suite of AI-based ad tools that will help advertisers create more effective ads. The tools include:

  • Advantage+ creative standard enhancements: This tool will automatically apply ad enhancements – like adjusting brightness, aspect ratios and text placement – in order to improve the performance of each campaign.
  • Advantage+ creative suggestions: This tool will suggest different ad creatives based on the advertiser's goals and target audience.
  • Advantage+ creative optimization: This tool will help advertisers optimize their ad creatives for performance.

The AI-based ad tools are still in development, but Meta says they will be available to all advertisers in the second half of 2023.

"We are excited to preview these new AI-based ad tools," said Meta's VP of Ads Product Management, Dan Levy. "These tools will help advertisers create more effective ads, which will lead to better results for their businesses."

Demandbase Enhances Smarter Sales Intelligence Solution

Demandbase, the Smarter GTM™ company that helps B2B organizations hit their revenue goals, today announced improvements to its Smarter Sales Intelligence solution. With these enhancements, Demandbase is making it easier for sales reps to identify, engage, and close more deals.

Papirfly Acquires Keepeek SA

Papirfly, a brand management platform, announced today that it has acquired Keepeek SA, a software solutions provider of Digital Asset Management (DAM). The acquisition is part of Papirfly's efforts to develop and grow its position as one of Europe's top creators of brand management solutions.

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) Acquires ReviewStudio
