TELUS International Acquires Willowtree

Talus International, a consulting arm of communications firm Telus, has acquired WillowTree, a consultancy focusing on mobile application development. 

The deal is reportedly for $1.2B and is expected to close in January 2023. 

Shutterstock And Openai Expand Partnership

Shutterstock Inc., which provides stock photography, stock footage, stock music and editing tools, has announced it will expand its partnership with OpenAI, a research and deployment company. 

This move will lead to a fund to compensate artists for their contributions and focus on gathering and publishing insights related to AI-generated content.

Boost.Ai And Callminer Partner

Boost.ai, a cloud-based provider of conversational artificial intelligence (CAI) at scale, announced a new strategic partnership with CallMiner, a provider of conversation intelligence that drives improved customer experiences and business outcomes.

Vercel Acquires Splitbee

Vercel, the cloud platform for frontend developers—and the creators and maintainers of Next.js—announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Splitbee, an all-in-one analytics and conversion tool that helps brands track and optimise their online businesses.

Aurora Mobile Partners with Ping An Futures

Aurora Mobile Limited, a leading provider of customer engagement and marketing technology services in China, today announced that it has signed a strategic agreement with Ping An Futures Co., Ltd.

The move has been made in order to help enhance user stickiness and engagement with its intelligent push notification solution JPush.

Havas Media Partners With Samba TV

Havas Media Group (HMG) North America and Samba TV are partnering to integrate Samba’s streaming and linear television viewing and gaming data into HMG’s proprietary data management platform, Converged.

Through the partnership, HMG will have access to viewership behaviour data that will allow it to generate enriched customer viewing insights for its media clients and elevate its planning, activation and measurement strategies.
