Olyzon Raises $10M to Build the Agentic Decisioning Layer for CTV Advertising

Olyzon today announced the close of a $10 million Series A funding round led by S4S Ventures, the firm co-founded by Sanja Partalo and Sir Martin Sorrell, with existing backers Cassius Capital, Ventech and Eurazeo also participating. It marks a bet on a gap the CTV ad industry hasn't solved: delivery has digitised, but the decisioning layer connecting planning, activation and measurement has stayed largely manual.

Closing the Loop Between Planning, Activation and Measurement

Paris-based Olyzon, with US headquarters in New York, builds AI agents that continuously qualify the CTV universe, plan media across every pipe, activate decisions into existing DSPs, SSPs and direct publisher ad servers, and normalise signals from every measurement source into composite KPIs, learning from each campaign to keep closing the optimisation loop. The platform runs on five agents covering Map, Score, Adapt, Activate and Prove, and Olyzon positions the layer as complementary to existing infrastructure rather than a replacement, working alongside DSPs and measurement partners instead of competing with them.

Already Live With Major Brands

The platform is already live with Publicis, WPP, OMD, Mastercard, Loewe, Audi, McDonald's and DoorDash, among others. Jules Minvielle, co-founder and CEO of Olyzon, frames the timing as a maturity moment for the category: as he put it, CTV has scaled fast as pipes multiplied, formats exploded and measurement fragmented, and the decisioning layer never kept pace until AI agents capable of reasoning across that chaos reached production readiness. The Series A will fund expansion of the company's US operations and the opening of a London office, timed ahead of Cannes Lions in June.

What It Means for Marketing

Olyzon is a signal that agentic AI in adtech is moving past single-channel automation into orchestration layers that sit across an entire fragmented stack, in this case DSPs, SSPs, publisher ad servers and a dozen measurement vendors. For CTV specifically, where nearly 90% of US households now own a connected TV device and budgets are shifting fast from linear, the harder problem was never buying inventory, it was making sense of it. Whether marketers trust an agent to reason across that chaos and act on their behalf, rather than just report on it, is the real test ahead.
