Topic Overview
Businesses face mounting challenges such as tool sprawl, data silos, and evolving privacy regulations, all of which hinder the ability to deliver personalised customer experiences at scale. In this workshop, weโll explore how combining AI, your existing warehouse data, and a unified data strategy can help you unlock scalable personalisation to maximise your technology investments.
Weโll show you how composable Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) can help you integrate and build unified customer profiles, unlock AI-driven insights, and real-time data synchronisation with data warehouses to deliver personalised experiences across marketing, sales, customer support, and IT teams.
Learn how these latest developments streamline privacy governance, automate compliance, and drive measurable growth, with real-world examples from industries like finance and retail.
