Terms and Conditions MarTech Alliance sign up to win competition

1. General

1.1 The promoter of this prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is MarTech Alliance, 37 Cremer St, Hoxton, London, E2 8HD (“MarTech Alliance’’).

1.2 The Prize Draw is subject to these terms and conditions and is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding; MarTech Alliance employees professionally connected with the Prize Draw; MarTech Alliance staff or contractors professionally connected to the Prize Draw and any individuals who live in the same household as those persons referred to above.

2. How to enter

2.1 All entrants who complete the entry form by providing their personal details including but not limited to their name and email address within the Entry Period will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw.

2.2 If you do not meet the criteria specified then your entry will not be deemed valid.

2.3 Entrants may submit their details multiple times but only one entry will be considered valid

2.4 No purchase is necessary for entry to the Prize Draw.

3. When to enter

3.1 The MarTech Alliance subscribe to win competition begins on Thursday 25th November 2021 and ends on Wednesday 8th December 2021 ("Entry Period"). 

3.2 Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be included in the Prize Draw.

4. Prize on offer

4.1 There are fifty (50) prizes on offer, each consisting of one (1) book. Each individual prize is valued at £15 excl VAT  

4.2 The total prize pool value is £750 excl vat based on the regular price of a book RRP.

4.3 MarTech Alliance may at its discretion increase the prizes on offer

4.4 During the Entry Period the Promoter will select fifty (50) winners at random from all those entrants who have met the entry requirements for the prize draw.

5. Prize Draws

5.1 The Prize Draws will take place weekly during the Entry Period.

5.2 Winners will be contact by MarTech Alliance by email after each Prize Draw and the Prize will be sent to the winner within 30 days from the date of a confirmation email from the winner.

5.3 All Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.

5.4 If MarTech Alliance is unable to contact a winner within 5 days, the Prize shall be deemed to be unclaimed or unaccepted and a substitute winner may be chosen at MarTech Alliance’s sole discretion. MarTech Alliance will not be responsible or liable for any Prize that is unclaimed or declined.

5.5 MarTech Alliance reserves the right to substitute the Prize offered (such Prize will be of equal or greater value) and/or alter the Prize Draw in any way, including cancelling or withdrawing the Prize Draw altogether.

5.6 MarTech Alliance reserves the right to withhold Prizes in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or if MarTech Alliance deems, in its absolute discretion, there to have been any malpractice throughout the Entry

6. Period

6.1 All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering the Prize Draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. Non-compliance may render the entrant ineligible to receive the prize.

7. Prize

7.1 All entrants acknowledge that, in the course of participating in this Prize Draw, certain information about them (“Personal Data”) will be captured, electronically or otherwise. All entrants expressly agree to:

7.1.1 The transfer of Personal Data to MarTech Alliance with the Prize Draw for the purpose of processing Personal Data in connection with the administration of the Prize Draw;

7.1.2 The transfer of Personal Data to MarTech Alliance for the purpose of processing Personal Data in connection with providing you with information on products or services that you request from us or which we feel may be of interest to you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes; and

7.1.3 All entrants hereby irrevocably assign all or any rights in the entries submitted to MarTech Alliance, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights and/or moral rights subsisting therein.

7.4 MarTech Alliance’s decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.
