LXA Content and Campaign Executive   

Location: Hoxton, London 

Role type: Perm; Full-time 

We’re looking for a Content and Campaign Exec with solid experience in Sales Support, PowerPoint, Brand and Visual Design, and Web Content Management to join our team.  

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Membership, this new role will be integral in the development of content, a true champion for the brand and passionate about driving campaigns that generate marketing qualified leads.

Responsibilities for the role of Content & Campaign Executive include:

Internal Content Creation/Sales Support  

You will create and maintain content that supports the sales team. The content will be accurate and on-brand.

  • To be the inhouse PowerPoint champion
  • Develop and update pitch deck templates in PowerPoint
  • Develop and update product brochures and one-pagers
  • Create engaging and accurate copy for the sales team

Marketing/Product Content Creation 

Content creation for that not only attracts new members but delivers exceptional experience for existing members:

  • Video creation using LXA’s AI powered editing suite
  • Copywriting and proofreading
  • Asset management

Marketing Campaign Execution 

You will execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness of the brand, it’s products and drives marketing qualified leads 

  • Creatives and copy for marketing emails
  • Creatives and copy for social, primarily LinkedIn and Twitter 
  • Maintaining and adhering to the company communication schedule
  • Setting up and maintaining basic automation workflow
  • Landing page build and optimisation 
  • Reporting on campaign performance

About You 

We’re looking for someone with 3+ years’ experience who is excited about working in a start-up environment (trust us…it’s not for everyone!).

You should be a problem solver, a great communicator across all channels online and in-person, highly organised. This role will suit someone excited by a challenge who responds with “let me figure that out” instead of “I’ve never done that”.

You’ll need strong organisational skills to deliver within deadlines and, while we are a close-knit team (and you will work closely with other departments to ensure content supports business objectives and brand messaging), you’ll be confident to drive projects through to completion.  

While we are a start-up with a penchant for pace, we’re also fastidious when it comes to attention-to-detail. This is where we Go Slow to Go Fast. Continuity in naming conventions, topic tagging, documenting and reporting are basic standards that we value highly.  

Platforms and Tools Excellence 

  • HubSpot CRM and email marketing. 
  • Design skills – Canva or similar with Adobe editing skills highly favourable but not essential
  • Outstanding skills in MS Office with a particular focus on PowerPoint and Excel. 
  • AI video editing software experience desirable but not essential

Power Skills 

  • Excellent copywriting skills. 
  • Brand and tone of voice ambassadorship. 
  • Excellent understanding of core design principles. 
  • Organisation skills are pivotal to the efficiency this role demands. 
  • Confident communication skills are paramount. 
  • Attention to detail is crucial for impressing our audiences.
