Your ticket(es) will be issued to you immediately via email
If you booked with MarTech Alliance via invoice, you will receive a link to finalise your booking upon receipt of payment.
Do need to print my tickets out?
Nope, you can simply show us your ticket on your device to gain entry
Are tickets refundable?
Should any unanticipated Government enforced activity arise due to COVID-19 that requires the event to be cancelled, we will be offering a 100% refund to all. In any other circumstances tickets are non-refundable.
Are tickets transferable?
Yes, they are. To transfer to a new name, search for your confirmation email with the subject line ‘Registration Confirmation to #MarTechFest Global 2021’ and follow the links.

Alight at North Greenwich pier and a 9 minute walk.
BIKE
There is no on-site guest parking available at the venue and we encourage guests to make use of local transport facilities. There are bike racks available should you wish to cycle to the venue.

Upon arrival at MAGAZINE LONDON our registration desk may ask you for proof of ID or purchase.
You can provide your electronic ticket, or if you do not have your ticket, show a proof of name using a photo ID or bank card.
Your name will be checked off and you’ll receive a printed name badge, lanyard and swag bag.
At registration you will be asked to submit your details to confirm you agree to the storing & processing of your personal data by MarTech Alliance as described in the privacy statement: https://www.martechalliance.com/privacy-policy
Please note, you will be issued with a bar coded name badge on entry to the event. Exhibitors and other associates may have bar code readers. By allowing your badge to be recorded you are deemed to have consented to ticketing over your registration details. Allowing your badge to be scanned is akin to handing over a business card.
When you enter #MarTechFest, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
