Flybuy and Paytronix Systems Partner

Flybuy, a location technology platform, has launched a combined offering with Paytronic systems, a digital guest experience platform.

Flatfile Raises $50 Million

Flatfile, an AI-assisted data exchange, has announced $50 million in Series B funding led by Tiger Global.

Investors participating include Gradient Ventures, Scale Ventures, Workday Ventures, Afore Capital, and Two Sigma Ventures with angel investors including founding executives and leadership from Airtable, DocuSign, LinkedIn, and Gainsight.

Qualtrics Announces CrossXM

Qualtrics, the creator of the experience management category, has announced its development and release of CrossXM, a new product line designed to give leaders automated insights into how employee, customer, and brand experiences impact each other. 

“Leaders instinctively know that engaged employees deliver great products and great customer service, positively impacting their brand’s reputation as well as boosting customer engagement and spend,” said Brad Anderson, Qualtrics president of products and engineering.

“CrossXM gives organizations the ability to predict how employee experience investments will pay off in brand value and customer outcomes, a powerful innovation that will change the way companies prioritize investments in their most important asset—their employees.”

Tailwind Acquires Ad Management Platform Nectar 9

Tailwind, a business marketing software platform, has acquired Nectar 9, a paid advertising management platform that combines artificial intelligence and automation. 

Nectar 9 joins Tailwind as the company's 7th acquisition to date. 

Sitecore Adds New Products To Its Composable DXP

Sitecore, an end-to-end digital experience platform, has announced the addition of three new modules to its product portfolio: Sitecore Search, Sitecore Connect and Content Hub One.

“We are on a mission to redefine this category with our composable DXP,” said Chief Product Officer Dave O’Flanagan 

Drift Launches Features To Support Sales Teams

Conversational marketing and sales platform Drift has announced the following new offerings:

  • AI engagement score: This will provide sales reps with an algorithm-led metric.

  • Live view: This gives sales reps real-time visibility into prospects interacting with the website, the ability to filter based on a number of parameters, and the opportunity to open live conversations.

  • Mobile app parity: This is intended to make it easy for sales reps to sell from anywhere.

  • Sales real-time dashboard: This will provide an overview of team performance.

Lowe’s And Yahoo Partner For Retail Media Partnership

Lowe's and Yahoo have partnered to develop and power off-site media experiences for Lowe's roster of brand advertisers. 

Through the partnership, Yahoo has integrated its demand-side platform (DSP) and its sustainable identity solution (Yahoo ConnectID) with Lowe’s One Roof Media Network.
